SB 203 -- ADMINISTRATIVE SUBPOENAS

SPONSOR: Bartle (Byrd)

COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on

PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the bill removes an apparent
conflict and the appearance of partiality.

Testifying for the bill were Senator Bartle; and Representative
Stevenson.
